This creates a win-win for consumers, members, and suppliers.About The RoleOur Graphic Designer is responsible for creating and executing innovative design solutions that clearly communicate our companys vision and brand identity. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging across multiple channels. A strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles and industry trends are essential to success in this role.Role & ResponsibilitiesEnsuring system and processes are geared towards the most effective and efficient production, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design & studio capabilitiesUpdate and maintain internal databases of designs and other brand assetsCollaborate with marketing and other design team members to align design strategies & artworks from the creative briefsAbility to take the lead on creative & design projects as assignedDevelop creative concepts and execute artworks maintaining brand consistency for all IPA brands in a timely mannerPrepare and proofread final artworks for print and digital artworksSkills & Experience:Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related fieldStrong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design and animation projects and a high level of creativity and innovation5+ years as a designerProficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat AfterEffects)Basic to intermediate skills in animationStrong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout designExperience in print and digital media, including but not limited to catalogue layout design, marketing & store POS (posters, brochures, wobblers, etc), social media graphics, EDMs, web graphics, social media and web animationExperience using Monday.comBenefits & Perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
