Job Title

The Operations Manager is responsible for coaching and supervising a group of Team Leaders. This position is also responsible for ensuring Client Service Level Agreement and financial expectations are achieved.Job Descriptions:Achieving and managing operational efficiencies and cost savings through the development and deployment of systems, tools and workflowsManage the daily running of the assigned department, effective resource planning and implementing relevant strategies to meet department goals and targetsSetting and driving key service metrics and operational performance index (KPI).
