Your contribution will be seen, valued, and celebrated.About The RoleAs our Purchasing Officer, youll play a key role in the pre-opening setup of Caption by Hyatt Central Sydney laying the groundwork for our purchasing and stock control systems before the first guest even walks through the door.In this position, you will oversee the procurement and materials operations across all departments, by ensuring all good and services are efficiently sourced, received and distributed.
