If you thrive on purpose-driven communication and love bringing ideas to life, this ones for you.What Youll Be DoingCreate Inspiring Content:Write, design and schedule social media posts, newsletters (EDMs), blog articles, and event promotions that reflect our mission and values.Engage Our Community:Foster meaningful interactions online across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Keep our community feeling informed, seen, and inspired.Coordinate Events and Campaigns:Support the planning, promotion, and delivery of in-person and digital events, from wellness talks to sound healing sessions.Bring Stories to Life:Visit facilities, connect with volunteers & participants, and transform their stories, testimonials, and photos into compelling content that inspires and moves others.Keep Things Flowing:Work with the team to align marketing calendars, schedule content, maintain our website, and assist with marketing administration tasks.Support Fundraising and Partnerships:Help communicate our impact and offerings to donors and partners through creative assets and clear messaging.Who You AreA creative communicator with a flair for writing, design, and digital storytellingA team player whos just as comfortable taking initiative and working independentlyPassionate about wellness, music, yoga, meditation, or just deeply aligned with our missionHighly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projectsTech-savvy with experience using social media platforms, Campaign Monitor, Canva, and basic CMS (e.g., WordPress)Youll Need:3 years experience in marketing, communications, or a similar creative roleProficiency in social media management and email marketingConfidence in content creation, from captions to newsletters to flyersAbility to film live sessions and transforming footage into engaging contentWarm, clear written and verbal communicationA genuine passion for wellness, and an appreciation the power for yoga, music and meditation Excellent time management and follow-throughWorking With Children Check & National Police CheckNSW Drivers Licence (preferred but not essential)What We OfferSalary aligned withLive Performance Award 2020 (MA000081)6 weeks of annual leave (pro rata)Salary packaging benefits (up to $18,550 tax-free)A flexible hybrid model: part work-from-home, part in-personThe chance to make areal differencein peoples lives through wellnessA conscious, kind and purpose-led cultureAbout A Sound LifeWere Australias first charity to deliver freemusic, yoga, and meditationto people facing hardship from children in hospitals to adults in mental health facilities and vulnerable communities.
