Were seeking an HR Officer to support the full spectrum of human resources operations at our site, contributing to a high-performing, people-focused environment.This is an exciting opportunity to be hands-on across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, reporting, and health and safetywhile also supporting key business systems and employee engagement initiatives.AboutAbout the Role Reporting to the Group HR Manager ANZ, you will work closely with the broader HR and WHS teams to:Manage end-to-end recruitment including advertising, screening, interview coordination, and reference checksConduct onboarding, inductions (including safety/site-specific), and facilitate systems setup for new startersMaintain personnel files, policy registers, and position descriptionsDraft employment contracts, letters, and documentation for onboarding, offboarding, and changesAssist in investigations, grievance handling, and performance management including issuing of written warningsCoordinate pre-employment checks, VEVO checks, and medical appointmentsSupport the workers compensation process from incident reporting to return-to-workUpload medical certificates and track absenteeism via HumanforcePrepare HR reports and analytics for Executive and quarterly management meetings, including minute-takingProvide training and support on HR systems such as Humanforce, Employment Hero, and SAPManage IT asset allocation, stationery, door code access, and PPE registerLead wellbeing and social initiatives as part of the site Social Committee (e.g., monthly BBQs, birthdays)Ensure accurate and timely communication with internal stakeholders and external providersYour Skills and Experience Were looking for someone who brings:Minimum 3 years'' HR experience or a degree in Human Resources, Business or related fieldWorking knowledge of HR systems, data analytics, and reportingSound understanding of WHS and employment legislationHigh attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and juggle multiple prioritiesGood judgement and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalismProficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platformsWhat We Value Our team thrives on:Accountability You take ownership and pride in what you deliverCollaboration You build strong relationships and share knowledge generouslyCommitment You show up with energy and purposeIntegrity You speak up, question constructively, and drive improvementQuality You get the details right while keeping the big picture in mindAgility & Innovation You welcome change and love learningWhy JoinBe a central part of a growing, values-driven organisationGain exposure to a broad range of HR activities and business operationsEnjoy a positive team culture where your contribution is recognisedOpportunity for professional development and cross-functional collaborationApply Now!
