We are extremely proud to be partnering with one of Australias most dedicated and purpose-driven charitable and not-for-profit organisations for the recruitment of Logistics Manager North Queensland.This role is based in Townsville and reports directly to the Retail Operations Manager.The Role:This is a pivotal leadership role where your ability to lead with empathy, respect, and direction will make all the difference. You will manage a large 1,600 sqm warehouse operation that supports 17 retail outlets plus charitable CARE deliveries to people in need across the community.You will lead a diverse team of 6 direct reports (warehouse assistants and delivery drivers) and 3040 volunteers. Volunteers require a personable and empathetic leader, one who inspires rather than pushes, and who balances operational excellence with genuine care.Your organisational skills will shine as you oversee both the administrative and operational sides of the role, including inventory management.
