We''re proud of our heritage and excited about the future, continuously striving to provide a supportive and progressive workplace for our dedicated team.The Opportunity: We''re seeking a highly skilled, organised, and proactive Group Operations & Support Manager to join our dynamic Head Office team. This pivotal role is central to the smooth and efficient functioning of our group operations, providing essential leadership and support across various facets of our business. The successful candidate will be instrumental in optimising our central systems, providing critical support to our offices, coordinating key group-wide initiatives, and offering high-level administrative assistance to the General Manager.Key Responsibilities:1. Training and Events Management:Oversee and manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of group-wide training sessions, workshops, and events.Liaise strategically with external trainers, internal presenters, and office managers to ensure seamless delivery and maximise impact.Manage all event logistics, including budget, venue booking, catering, materials preparation, and comprehensive attendee communication.Lead the development and distribution of effective training materials and resources.2. Office and Branch Operational Support:Act as a senior central point of contact for operational inquiries and challenges from our 25 branch offices, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Provide crucial support for day-to-day office needs and issues, often requiring proactive problem-solving.Lead and refine onboarding and offboarding procedures related to corporate systems and processes for new and departing staff across the group.3. Central Systems and Process Optimisation:Manage, optimise, and continually improve central administrative systems and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency across the group.Act as a key expert user and lead for core PropTech platforms, including:Box & DiceAgent BoxProperty MeRed HQOversee troubleshooting system issues and manage communication with software providers for resolution and enhancements.Play a key role in the research, evaluation, and implementation of new systems and technologies to benefit the group.Drive effective internal communication strategies and channels across the Woodards Group.Lead the drafting and distribution of crucial internal announcements, newsletters, and updates, ensuring clarity and consistency.Ensure consistent messaging and optimal information flow between Head Office and branches.5. General Administration and Reporting Oversight:Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Head Office team.Oversee data entry, record keeping, and maintenance of organised digital and physical filing systems.Prepare and present various reports, presentations, and documents using advanced features of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Conduct in-depth research and compile information for strategic decision-making.Provide dedicated, high-level executive administrative support to the General Manager, including extensive calendar management, strategic scheduling of meetings, and proactive management of appointments.Organise and prepare comprehensive materials for high-level meetings, presentations, and conferences.Handle highly confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.7.
