In this dynamic role, youll collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to promote our courses and services and maintain course and student data in multiple TAFE NSW and Bradfield specific recording systems, contributing directly to student growth and the strategic success of Bradfield and TAFE NSW.Youll supervise a committed team, coordinating day-to-day operations and fostering a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional service. Based on campus full-time, youll engage directly with students and their parents/carers and customers, playing a key role in creating meaningful, face-to-face connections.Your passion for customer service and leadership will help drive a culture of excellence and ensure every student has a positive and supportive experience.About YouYou excel at building positive connections with team members, stakeholders, and customers, and enjoy leading with a strong customer-first mindset. With excellent communication, coordination and tech skills, youre comfortable juggling resources to keep things running smoothly, even when priorities shift.
