With an expert team of efficient traffic control specialists dedicated to providing their clients with reliable, safe and efficient traffic control solutions, we are able to provide a quality service:About the roleWe are seeking intuitive, dynamic, and experienced Traffic Manager to work closely with the Managing Directors and General Manager in the daily running of our Traffic management company and support our team to deliver exceptional services to clients.The ability to effectively control the rostering of local and FIFO staff and provide effective and efficient administrative support related to (but not confined to) records management, purchasing, and administrative services is key to a smooth-running office and happy clients. Manage the supervisors and their daily running of projects and their time management.The Traffic Manager will be expected to:Upload jobs and vehicles onto our management systemManage and check daily paperwork (DSDs)Prepare tenders and quotes for our GM and Directors'' approvalLead an excellent team environment & customer service satisfactionManage the field (Traffic Controllers and Site Management)Assist our supervisors to arrange crews for after-hour call outs and general worksEnsure all staff details and licensing documents remain currentConsult with clients, both current and potentialManage signage and additional inventoryLiaise with suppliersPrepare authority submissions to seek approval to fit within the project scheduleOrganise external road safety audits, assess the outcome and coordinate the corrective actionsBe available for work after hours and some weekends as requiredMaintain fitness for work.
