We also provide temporary staffing placements to various residential care facilities, manage a registered training organization, and built an international school.Our vision is to be a provider of premium services and an employer of choice within the acute care, aged care, home and community care, disability services and hospitality industries.This position will head up thebusiness unit, providing NDIS-funded services to individuals eligible for NDIS Packagefunding.You will be in charge and leading the Disability division with the assistance of the Disability Service coordinators, bringing in clients and delivering outcomes focusing on the North of Perth and Southwest of Perth.You will be part of a successful team, be able to utilize established systems and infrastructure.About youThis is a major opportunity for the right person: someone with untapped capabilities, business acumen, sound knowledge of and experience in the sector and a resolute determination to succeed.You dont have to fit the mould you may even break it but you must have the businesses orientation, success attitude and commitment necessary to make it happen.Good Housingand Accommodation knowledge (SIL/ILO) is a must.This is a major opportunity for the right person: someone with untapped capabilities, business acumen, sound knowledge of and experience in the sector as well as a resolute determination to succeed.Experienced in Disability service coordination, allocation, SIL accommodation and compliance with contractual obligations.The ability to work autonomously with a team focus.Decision making and problem-solving skills.Great leadership skillAdditional requirementsRelevant tertiary qualification in social sciences, health or Allied Health preferred.Working knowledge of disability services and therapeutic organisations locally.Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and a working knowledge of client management software.Australian Federal Police and Working with Children clearances (can be completed on provisional appointment).Current WA Drivers Licence.Current First Aid certificate (can be completed on provisional appointment).Working With Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening CheckAbout usAuscare Group is a leading independent provider of healthcare services and training, employing over 900 people.
