This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within a successful, collaborative, and enthusiastic team.Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):Check and approve Tenancy ApplicationsSupervise the execution of Tenancy Agreements and associated documentsPrepare and place advertisements for available rental propertiesManage rental enquiries and show available propertiesOrganise appointments and conduct open for inspectionsMaintain regular communication with current landlordsOrganise repairs and maintenance to managed properties and inspect where necessaryOrganise and conduct:Periodic inspections of managed properties (6 12 months)Condition reportsVacating or final inspectionPrepare, lodge and present applications to the VCAT and act in accordance with ordersAuthorise payments of clients outgoingsIf required, attend to clients insurance claims and paymentsCarry out rent reviewsComplete and file appropriately all Bond Lodgements, Bond Transfers and Bond ClaimsAttend meeting and training as directed.Duties as requested by agency principal.Identify challenges and be solution focused to address these on behalf of and in collaboration with the teamIdentify strengths specific leverage and share best practiceProperty Me and Inspection Express knowledge is favourable.Oversee Property Management team compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.As an experienced Property Manager, you will manage our existing portfolio of properties and be encouraged to nurture client relationships .
