Mentoring and coaching Cert III Telecommunications apprentices and new technicians/cablers.Cabling and problem-solving.Maintaining a high level of workmanship on the worksite.Keeping up-to-date with cabling regulations and maintaining technical knowledge.Setting up wiring for ICT support and various appliances.Modifying, substituting, and fixing defective items, and conducting equipment tests with electronic tools.Interpreting design drawings and specifications.Completing timesheets and tracking hours on the job.Maintaining the company''s tools, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.Contributing to the effectiveness of the HSEQ systems to ensure compliance, ongoing improvement, and customer focus.Assessing and adhering to WHS on site.Supporting a positive work culture.Managing client concerns and requirements on site.Minimum requirements:Must have an ACMA license (or equivalent) with endorsements in Structured and Fibre Optics.Proven extensive experience within the electrical and communications fields, specifically in data centres.Ability to work as part of a team or independently.Proactive with problem-solving skills.Willing to be part of an on-call roster.Excellent safety awareness and meticulous attention to detail to maintain high workmanship standards.If you possess these skills and are looking for an exciting and rewarding career with a leading company, apply online today!
