Operating Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm during NSW school terms, we prioritise high-quality education, child safety, and strong partnerships with families and the Leeton community. We are seeking an inspiring and experienced Centre Manager & Nominated Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional care and education, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and our core values of respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement.About the RoleAs the Centre Manager & Nominated Supervisor, you will be a visionary leader overseeing all aspects of our preschools operations, from ensuring child safety and regulatory compliance to fostering a culture of excellence among staff and meaningful connections with families. You will manage financial systems, drive quality education outcomes, and champion Leeton Preschools commitment to a child-safe, inclusive environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact on our workforce, young learners and families in a supportive, community-focused setting.ACECQA-approved Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education with NESA Teacher Accreditation, OR an ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (HLTAID012 or equivalent, ACECQA-compliant).Valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) and completed Child Protection Training approved by the NSW Regulatory Authority, with knowledge of mandatory reporting obligations.National Police Clearance (to be provided prior to commencement).Demonstrated leadership experience in early childhood settings, with strong team mentoring and professional development skills.Comprehensive understanding of EYLF, NQF, NQS, and Education and Care Services National Regulations.Proven ability to prepare for Assessment & Rating and manage compliance requirements.Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with staff, families, and the community.Previous experience as a Centre Manager or Nominated Supervisor in an early childhood service.Familiarity with managing government funding and financial aspects of a preschool.Familiarity with KinderM8 or similar early childhood management.Connections to the Leeton community or experience in regional early childhood settings.Knowledge of marketing strategies, including social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).Lead a passionate team in a community-driven preschool committed to child safety, inclusion, and excellence.Competitive salary and supportive environment with opportunities for professional development and community impact.Work in the vibrant regional community of Leeton, NSW, fostering meaningful connections.How to ApplyPlease click the Apply button below and submit a resume and cover letter outlining your background of your previous relevant experience and include how your skills are relevant to this role.
