Your mission is to create amazing customer experiences while supporting project delivery and internal operations.What Youll Do Drive Internal Sales: Respond to inbound enquiries, quote effectively, and proactively follow up to convert leads into jobs. Customer Support Champion: Be the friendly, helpful voice our customers love resolving questions fast and accurately. Project Coordination: Assist with managing timelines, tracking job progress, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Data & Documentation: Maintain order accuracy, update CRM systems, and keep internal records sharp and tidy. Insights & Research: Support market and product research to enhance our offerings and service levels.About You You''re a natural communicator who builds trust quickly.
