The Workforce Connections Coordinator Education and Care plays an important role in creating collaborative relationships across the Education and Care (EC) sector, as well as with the broader community and government stakeholders. This position will support engagement activities, ensuring that voices from all parts of the sector are heard and valued.A key responsibility of the role is to support the successful implementation of theEarly Years and School Age Care (EYSAC) Workforce Strategy (2021 and beyond). This involves working closely with stakeholders to co-design and deliver innovative, sector-led approaches that address workforce needs, promote professional growth, and create sustainable pathways for workforce development.
