Love shooting people on set and behind the scenes? Then we want you in our Creative team as soon as possible. We are expanding our video capabilities in the Are Media Creative studio and are looking for a junior video producer to shoot, edit and produce engaging content across editorial and commercial partners.Youve been on shoots for a year or three, youre social media savvy and youre always looking forward. Were looking for someone positive and energetic, hungry to learn, confident with a camera, and excited to grow beside some of the most passionate in the business.Along with your eye for motion, you will have a high capability for producing social content with an appetite to learn more, produce more and collaborate with an amazing team of creatives across our iconic brands.DutiesShoot and shape the story - Take the lead on small-to-mid social and digital shoots, either flying solo or teaming up with our video and creative crew.Plan like a pro - Work alongside out talented creatives to map out shoots, sort budgets, book crew, and line up all the important stakeholdersCut it - Bring your edits to life with sound, colour, and motion graphics that match our brands high standards (and tight turnarounds) and are platform specific (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)Own the assets - From data wrangling and footage ingest to sourcing third-party elements, youll be across the whole post-production journey.Collaborate and finesse - Use Frame.io to manage feedback loops with clients and colleague and refine edits through revisions and feedbackExperiment with tech - Love trying new things? We do too. Help us explore AI tools, social-first editing, and emerging trends in social content creation.Skills and experience1-3 years shooting video and social (essential)Professional film qualifications at film school or university (preferred)Demonstrated interest for social content and its constant evolutionPassion for womens fashion, beauty and lifestyle content and the audience that consumes itA love for ideation, visual references and storyboarding/moodboarding to bring a concept to life during pre-productionProficiency with cameras and lighting and setting up your own shoot (or working with another DOP)Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro , After Effects, Photoshop and media asset management systemsDemonstrated editing experience with a great feel for pacing and storytellingFast, agile, an eye for detail and a solutions-focused attitudeAbility to work independently but love being part of a teamAre Media is committed to a diverse, respectful,collaborative & inclusive workplace.
