As our operations expand in Perth, we are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Coordinator/Allocator to join our dynamic team.About the role and opportunity:As the Operations Coordinator/Allocator, you will serve as the key link between our clients, operations staff, and allocation teams. You will work closely with our WA mobile site supervisor and on-site team leaders to oversee daily customer job requirements, allocations, safety and compliance, ensuring smooth operations across all sites. This is an autonomous role with full responsibility for the WA operations. You will report directly to the WA State Operations Manager based in Sydney and the National Operations Manager based in Brisbane, with opportunities to develop into a managerial position.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with clients for daily and weekly job requirements.Work with the allocation team to ensure labour resources are effectively deployed to meet operational demands.Maintain accurate records of job assignments, timesheets, and toolbox talks.Communicate with team leaders and employees regarding job instructions and expectations.Proactively respond to operational changes and client requests to ensure seamless service delivery.Support the recruitment process for new team members as needed.Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.Collaborate with senior management at head office for strategic growth, sustainability planning, and implementation.What were looking for:Proven experience in operations or scheduling roles, ideally within labour hire, logistics, or warehousing.Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage priorities and remain calm under pressure.Tech-savvy with confidence using scheduling or workforce management tools.A team player who is hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-focused.Knowledge of WHS practices in a warehouse environment is an advantage.Experience in sourcing/recruiting candidates externally and developing internal skills.Willingness and ability to travel to multiple sites regularly to build relationships with operational staff and clients.Ability to organise team-building events and motivate the team with creative ideas.What we offer:Competitive salary based on experience, with a bonus structure.Supportive team culture and opportunities for career development.Exposure to a diverse range of warehousing and logistics clients.Interstate travel opportunities to enhance your career growth.The chance to make a meaningful impact in a central role to our daily operations.Opportunities for advancement based on performance and results.How to apply:If you are a motivated operations professional seeking to join a growing national business that values reliability, teamwork, and a hands-on approach, we would love to hear from you.How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.
