We support workshops, dealerships and automotive professionals across Australia with exceptional service, expert advice, and fast, efficient delivery.Were now looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and help lead day-to-day warehouse operations with efficiency, safety and a strong service mindset.About the RoleAs Warehouse Supervisor, youll be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of incoming and outgoing parts, keeping the warehouse safe, clean and organised, and working closely with delivery drivers, contractors, and our sales team to ensure the best customer experience possible.This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone whos not afraid to roll up their sleeves, solve problems on the fly, and bring a calm, organised energy to a busy warehouse environment.What Youll Be DoingLeading daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety and efficiencyMonitoring inventory levels and ensuring stock is stored and managed correctlyManaging inbound and outbound freight, including accurate loading/unloadingCoordinating delivery drivers and external contractorsLiaising with the Sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communicationOperating forklifts and other warehouse equipment (safely, of course)Ensuring compliance with WHS and company proceduresPitching in with whatevers needed to keep the warehouse running smoothlyWhat Were Looking ForWere after someone reliable, capable, and confident in their ability to keep things moving. Youve worked in warehouses before, and you know what a well-run one looks like.
