The position is 2.5 days per week, ideally distributed across five days, though we are open to flexible arrangements for the right candidate.With a focus on fostering an inclusive, equitable and respectful workplace this collaborative role will help to drive meaningful change, develop policy, support learning and play a central role in embedding culturally safe practices. Accountabilities will include:Chair and coordinate MSFAs DEIB CommitteeDesign and implement the DEIB Action Plan and associated initiativesIntegrate DEIB principles across HR and L&D functions, including training content and policy developmentCoordinate DEIB-related events, engagement activities, and awareness campaignsProduce internal DEIB communicationsSupport Employee Relations with inclusion-focused advice on sensitive workplace mattersMonitor external trends, legal requirements, and MSF global DEI developmentsDrive and track progress on the MSFAs Reconciliation PlanReport on DEIB compliance metricsBuild positive working relationships with staff, managers, and international DEIB focal pointsRequirementsTo be successful in this highly visible and impactful position, you will be known for your consultative approach and ability to influence. Lived experience in any aspect of DEIB is welcomed and valued.
