We believe that food is more than fuel; its packed with emotion, culture, discovery and desire.The Role:As a Logistics Offsider, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily logistics operations, ensuring the timely delivery of catering to our airline clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and seek career progression, we want you on our team!Responsibilities:Checking orders for accuracy before delivery to clients.Completing pre-start checks on delivery vehicles to ensure they are transport-ready.Prepare and assist with loading airline carts for airside delivery onto trucks.Work alongside an airside driver to marshal the delivery truck for loading onto aircraft.Provide exceptional customer service to clients during catering delivery.Assist in the de-catering process, returning used carts for washing.Work in a timely and organised manner to meet operational requirements.Key Selection Criteria:Previous exposure to the Aviation and/or Logistics industry is beneficial.Keen attention to detail with the ability to complete repetitive tasks accurately.Ability to stand for long periods and adhere to safety requirements.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Basic computer literacy.HR Truck License is advantageous; assistance provided for obtaining it.In this role, you will be required to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) after training and sponsorship, this includes a full federal background check. The recruitment process also includes a Pre-Employment Medical (PEM).
