Your department''s performance, and your responsibility for it, directly contributes not only to dealership profitability but also to customer satisfaction.Be part of a consistently high performing team in a successful and growing dealership group.In your position, your day will consist of:Providing leadership, direction and training to Mazda sales employees.Recruitment and employee performance management.Manage the purchase, reconditioning, display & merchandising of Mazda vehicles in the dealership.Maximise sales opportunities to meet & exceed sales targets & budgets.Monitoring competitor''s sales and product strategies, campaigns and events to optimize market share.Regular reporting of department & individual sales performance.Assisting customers in the selection and purchase of a new vehicle.Managing inventory levels and stock control.The successful applicant will have:Previous experience as Vehicle Sales Manager.Strong understanding of automotive industry.Extensive experience in a sales role, with a proven sales record in meeting sales targets.Ability to profile customer needs and build effective relationships with customers resulting in sales.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to take direction, and follow company policies and procedures.Sound knowledge of marketing & electronic media.Strong leadership skills.Highly attractive salary including commissions.Ongoing training and development.A proactive and enthusiastic environment working with Australias leading automotive brand.An active Social Club.If you feel you have the skills & attributes to be a key contributor in our company, please apply today.Unlock job insightsSalary match Number of applicants Skills matchYour application will include the following questions:How many years'' experience do you have as a sales manager?
