With extraordinary dining options, including Sokyo, BLACK Bar and Grill, Cucina Porto and our vibrant Sports Bar where the action is live and loud, we are dedicated to delivering the ultimate entertainment, hospitality, and dining experiences for all.The Property Operations Assistant Manager reporting to the Property Operations Manager, is responsible for coordinating personnel on shift to achieve effective completion of maintenance works.This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our Property Operations team.A few of your responsibilitiesSet specific performance objectives for direct reports and supervise service flowCoordinate resource requirements during each shift to ensure that the business needs are metSupport the Property Operations leadership team to provide direction regarding the operational aspects of the departmentProvide reporting on shift labour, productivity and staffing levelsAssist with the coordination, prioritisation and scheduling of work ordersWhat we are looking forTrade certificate in construction or maintenancePrevious experience in an environment with a high turnover of maintenance requests, such as hospitalityGood all-around knowledge of building servicesPrior experience throughout Engineering and/or MaintenanceAbout youYou will be skilled in property maintenance and enjoy working alongside a large team.
