With a rich 25-year history, a passionate fanbase, and a growing national profile, the Fire are a cornerstone of the Townsville community and an important contributor to the regions sporting and economic landscape.This role offers the unique opportunity to help shape the future of one of Australias most successful womens sporting organisations.We are seeking a self-motivated, relationship-driven Partnership Executive to join our Commercial Team and deliver outstanding value for our partners while driving strategic growth across the Fires commercial portfolio.About the RoleActing as the day-to-day liaison for key sponsors and stakeholders. This role is integral to delivering exceptional service, coordinating contractual deliverables, and creating impactful activations that bring brand partnerships to life.The successful candidate will demonstrate strength in relationship management, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Youll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have a passion for womens sport and community impact.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively contribute to the identification and conversion of new sponsorship and corporate sales opportunities across hospitality, events, and digital assets.
