We are committed to building a great future by enhancing individual and team success, encouraging diversity, and supporting innovative thinking.An opportunity currently exists for a WHSE Advisor, based at our Head Office in Macquarie Park, on a full-time permanent basis. As the WHSE Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our NSW operations as we move from compliance to excellence by working with our operations to implement strategic initiatives that will foster a culture of safety across all our NSW Allied Pinnacle sites.Key accountabilities include:Support the implementation of company-wide strategic initiatives.Assist operations in embedding effecting communication and consultation processes.Conducting incident investigations of significant incidents.Facilitating risk assessments, risk workshops, and problem-solving sessions.Develop and support strategic HSE action plans for continuous improvement toward best practice.Support company reporting requirements and ensure timely follow-up and corrective actions.Conduct limited safety training sessions, with support materials provided.Assist in incident and hazard reporting and support investigation processes.Maintain safety documentation, including Safe Operating Procedures and compliance records.Ensure site compliance with environmental policies and legislative requirements.Collaborate with regulatory bodies (EPA, DPIE, local councils) to maintain compliance and address any site-specific needs.Support contractor management processes, including permits and site access requirements.The successful applicant will possess:Minimum Cert.
