Join a dynamic and supportive team as a Project Supervisor, where youll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a key construction project on an operational site. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day project coordination, drive safety and quality, and make a tangible impact on project outcomes.About the RoleAs the Project Supervisor, you will oversee daily on-site activities to ensure that construction works are executed to specification, on time, and in line with safety and quality standards. You will coordinate with project subcontractors and serve as the key point of contact between the site and senior project stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities.Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and timelines.Lead health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance, including site inductions, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.Monitor and report on site progress, addressing delays or disruptions promptly.Maintain strong communication with the Senior Project Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers.Oversee site documentation including timesheets, site diaries, and incident reports.Support quality control through regular inspections and issue resolution.What Were Looking ForQualifications: Certificate IV or Diploma in Building and Construction (or equivalent).Experience: Previous experience as an on-site Project Supervisor on construction projects.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of OH&S legislation and quality standards.
