This is a temporary, fixed-term contract where youll play a key role in supporting the payroll function and contributing to ongoing process improvement initiatives.Culture and Benefits Collaborative and supportive team culture A chance to further develop your payroll expertiseAbout the RoleReporting into a supportive Finance Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing within a complex environment. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering a high standard of customer service.Key Responsibilities: Process end-to-end payroll across a medium volume environment Manage leave entitlements including Long Service Leave, parental and maternity leave Ensure accurate and timely processing of superannuation and taxation Interpret complex EBAs and Awards Handle terminations and redundancies with accuracy and compliance Respond to payroll queries and manage the payroll inbox Provide clear and professional communication with internal stakeholders Support ongoing improvements and process efficienciesSkills and Experience Demonstrated experience in full-function payroll within a complex organisation Exposure to Synergetic is highly desirable Strong understanding of payroll legislation, EBAs, and Awards Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities Proactive mindset with a drive for process improvementHow to ApplyIf you''re ready to contribute to a meaningful organisation and continue growing your payroll career, we want to hear from you!
