We have a friendly team culture, and our Business Services team is at the core of our success. The role is fast paced and will suit someone with demonstrated experience processing a high volume of data with strong accuracy. You''ll be busy with:regularly communicating and influencing various business units on compliance and practice group specific insightssupporting a team across our national finance function made up of our trust accounts, AR, AP and credit control streams, acting as the escalation point on various queriessupporting the firm''s financial accounting processes including production of month-end reportingsupporting statutory processes including FBT reporting, BAS and indirect tax obligationssupporting annual insurance processesgenerating regular KPI budgets and reports for staff and Partnersmonitoring debtor compliance and reporting to managementfinancial analysis and company performance to support operational decisionssupporting broader annual budgeting processTo succeed in this role, ideally you''ll have5 + yearsdemonstrated supervisory and leadership experiencepreferably experience working across a full-service finance function (i.e. payroll, accounts payable and receivable)degree qualification with completion of CPA / CAability to liaise with a multitude of stakeholdersexcellent accuracy with processing high volume enquiresstrong time management, attention to detail, and organisational skillsadvanced Excel skills, including in Microsoft OfficeWhat we offerUnrivalled career pathways:Our unique meritocracy model proudly offers our staff career development, promoting talent based solely on merit.
