The team is leading the delivery of new portable long service leave schemes, including the development and rollout of the systems and processes needed to administer them. In addition, this team is also responsible for ongoing improvement initiatives ensuring our current schemes and systems continue to evolve and improve.Your day-to-day:Support the end-to-end design process to deliver high-quality products and services with a customer-centric approach.Create and deliver inclusive, accessible content design that aligns with accessibility guidelines and brand standards.Provide expert advice and conduct content reviews to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with customer needs and product capabilities.Conduct and assist with user research, data analysis, and content audits to ensure content is relevant and meets customer needs.Test and evaluate existing content to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to communicate business goals and deliverables.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative solutions.Mentor and coach team members to build their capabilities.To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:A strong customer-focused mindset, with the ability to create and deliver high-quality, accessible content (experience with WCAG AA level) that meets both customer and business needsBreak down complex legislative requirements & technical instructions into plain language for a diverse multicultural customer baseExpertise in content design, SEO, and user research to drive continuous improvement and ensure alignment with industry standardsEffective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, along with your ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines, will be key to achieving successful outcomesSalary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at 125693.00 base plus superannuationClick Here to access the Role Description.
