You''ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, interactive training to adult learners in corporate settings, using a mix of face-to-face, virtual, and blended formats. Whether working with small teams or large cohorts, your role will focus on creating a collaborative and results-driven learning environment that meets the needs of todays workforce.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong subject matter expertise with a passion for adult education. Youll work closely with AIMs program and delivery teams to stay ahead of industry trends, refine content, and support ongoing innovation in learning delivery.
