A key focus of this role is to provide detailed design which includes material selection, panel drawings, relay configuration files, protection setting report, Factory Acceptance Test, site investigation and commissioning support. The role will work with our key suppliers to solve customer hardware and software enquiries. Working with the sales team, communicate product benefits and differentiators to customers. The role will assist the sales team in preparing quotations and tender responses. The role will conduct technology workshops for both external and internal customers. We will rely on you to provide excellent levels of customer service that exceed our client''s expectations. You will cultivate positive working and customer relationships and contribute to ongoing strategy development around current and emerging technologies in the Protection and Control space.
