Ultimately, IT plays a critical role in advancing the university''s mission by leveraging technology to create a connected, efficient, and future-ready academic environment.University IT is building transformation readiness, embracing new ways of working, and amplifying capabilities in these areas.About the opportunityIn this key leadership role, you''ll:Establish and embed delivery frameworks, agile practices, and governance modelsOversee a dynamic portfolio of digital initiatives aligned with the universitys strategic goalsBuild organizational capability across project management, business analysis, change management, and quality assurance.About youBachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Extensive experience in leading project and program delivery functions within complex organizations, including resource management.Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2, SAFe).Experience in design and implementing delivery frameworks, methodologies, reporting and governance models that enable consistent, value-driven execution of technology initiatives.Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.Note: A current National Police Clearance Certificate will be required by the successful applicant.Please apply online via the Apply Now button.
