All Sorts Wyong is currently seeking to employ a motivated and enthusiastic Gym Manager to join our team at All Sorts Wyong. Working closely with the Owner and Site Manager, we are seeking a Gym Manager who is dedicated and passionate about the Fitness Industry. All Sorts Wyong is a family-friendly gym located on-site at the Wyong Milk Factory. We have experienced steady growth in our membership over the last 12 months through our Direct Debit, Fitness Passport, and Upfront Members. We aim to further expand and are seeking a Manager with the right skills to achieve this. Our gym appeals to a variety of fitness attendees with services such as Group Fitness Classes, Creche/Child Minding, and 24/7 Access Gym Facility. The position has been listed as Full Time; however, we are willing to employ a Gym Manager on a Permanent Part-Time basis with a minimum of 4 days per week. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience working within a gym environment Cert 3 or Cert 4 in Fitness (preferred but not essential) Experience in managing a team Experience in a sales-based role (a bonus) Tasks & Responsibilities Rostering gym staff Managing the Group Fitness timetable Working alongside a competent and dedicated Creche Manager Managing gym staff performance Ensuring the cleaning contractor meets set expectations Maintaining gym equipment and ensuring it is functional Conducting membership promotions to grow gym membership Managing social media profiles Flexible working hours Providing a fun environment with a tight-knit membership base Offering discounts for food and beverages at the on-site hospitality venue Additional Information Salary will be matched based on the number of applicants and skills match.
