Presently, our dedicated team of approximately 150 employees offers specialised civil contractor services to Major Councils, Local Government areas, and contractors across Australia and New Zealand.We are a rapidly expanding company with a progressive growth mandate across Australia, and we require talented individuals with the right skills to help us implement this strategy.Our Hardscapes division is in search of a Project Manager with proven experience in managing internal teams across multiple projects of varying sizes for diverse clients. These projects typically range from $5000 to $200,000 and are conducted simultaneously.Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating project teams, ensuring effective planning, and optimising resource allocation to deliver projects in line with client requirements.The primary focus is to manage the delivery of concrete footpaths, kerbing, and minor civil works across contracts for a range of clients - including Local and State Government, as well as Tier 1 and 2 civil construction companies, through the strategic use of plant, personnel, and subcontractors within Dowsing Groups experienced Hardscapes division.The ideal candidate will: Have demonstrated experience leading and managing people on multiple work fronts and on multiple sites simultaneously Be highly organised and process driven Possess strong verbal and written communication skills Intermediate to advanced computer skills Have strong contractual acumen - Tier 2 & Tier 3 contract experience required.
