This role is pivotal in driving exceptional service delivery across all communication channels while fostering a positive and high-performing work environment. If you are passionate about leadership and customer service, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of Superannuation Member Services Consultants, ensuring KPIs and service standards are met.Provide coaching, development, and motivation to the team, fostering a member-centric service culture.Oversee intraday management of operations and assist with escalated calls and complex enquiries.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet organisational objectives.Monitor team performance, conduct quality assessments, and provide timely feedback and coaching.Manage performance and disciplinary processes as necessary, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.Skills and Experience:Experience in a superannuation role with proven success in achieving team KPIs and strategic goals.Strong coaching, training, and leadership skills with experience in performance management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on conflict resolution and professionalism.High level of organisation, attention to detail, and adaptability in managing high-volume workloads.Ability to drive continuous improvement and business process changes.Why Join This Business?Be part of a company at the forefront of innovation in financial services.
