Competitive base salary + multiple bonus schemes4/3 days only roster | FIFO from Perth to the Roy Hill MineCompetitive salary and three annual bonus schemesCompany contribution towards private health cover for employees and immediate family18 weeks full pay or 36 weeks half pay for primary caregiversAbout the role:The Modular Maintenance team is currently seeking a Supervisor Materials Logistics to join them on an 4/3 Days only roster based at Roy Hill Mine.Reporting to the Superintendent Modular Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of materials and supplies, including the coordination of inventory, procurement, and distribution processes to support operational shutdown requirements.If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and has a keen eye for detail in logistics and materials management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Duties:Lead and supervise contractor resources, ensuring safe and efficient operations in line with Roy Hill values and standardsCollaborate across teams and stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions and achieve set outcomesOversee the management of materials and hire equipment, including coordination for shutdowns and maintaining accurate recordsPromote and uphold a strong safety culture through active field leadership, risk management, and ensuring compliance with HSE standardsCommunicate effectively with leaders, teams, and external vendors to support operational goals and continuous improvementSkills and Experience:Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within warehousing, logistics, or supply chainStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesSound knowledge of inventory management systems (SAP experience highly regarded)A current manual driver''s licence and forklift ticket (desirable)Mine Site Facilities:Modern, comfortable camp accommodationHigh quality gourmet food options (vegan, gluten free and healthy options)Large fully equipped gym facility, as well as a gym specifically for femalesHeated outdoor swimming poolBeach Volleyball court and Golf simulatorsVillage shop and extensive supporting amenitiesSWIFT in-room entertainment with comprehensive content and own-device casting capabilityActive social club with community events and activities for employeesLifestyle, Learning and Recreation initiative which provide events for your familyAbout the Company:Roy Hill is a world class mining company, leading the way through innovative, integrated mining rail and port operations, to export iron ore safely and efficiently from West Australia''s Pilbara region.We are a company where people matter.
