Your focus will be on enhancing the customer experience through authentic engagement with the development community and internal teams, fostering a culture of balance, trust, and customer-centricity within the development community and the development services team.Working with the Senior Development Engagement Advisor, and the Development Experience and Engagement team within the development services branch, you will lead by example, setting high standards for customer and industry engagement. Your responsibilities include supporting the development and delivery of strategies to exceed customer expectations, proactively addressing issues, and transitioning from reactive problem management to proactive industry engagement.Your role will be important in fostering constructive relationships, driving innovation, and ensuring Unitywater is seen as a trusted partner in the development community.
