If youre excited by fun products, bold ideas, and being part of a team that doesnt take itself too seriously (but gets serious results), wed love to have you on the journey.As our CRM Coordinator, youll dive into the planning, building and optimising of our email and SMS marketing across key regions, making sure every message lands at the right time, in the right tone, and feelsoh-so-Oodie.Youll work closely with our creative, marketing and merchandise planning teams to bring customer journeys to life....from snappy SMS and dreamy email automations, to on-site messaging and conversion strategies that keep the good vibes (and good results) flowing.The role includes:Campaign ManagementYou''ll be the go-to for bringing our email and SMS campaigns to life building and scheduling in Klaviyo, coordinating with creative and digital teams, and keeping everything running smoothly and on-brand. From crafting briefs and testing subject lines to tweaking automations and managing the CRM calendar, you''ll help make every message count.Audience LifecycleThis role is responsible for segmentation strategy to ensure the right messages reach the right people, while also helping drive key lifecycle marketing initiatives like onboarding, retention, and reactivation to keep our customers engaged and coming back for more.Reporting & AnalysisThe CRM Coordinator tracks and reports on campaign performance and key CRM metrics like open rates, click-throughs and conversions, using tools like GA4 and Klaviyo to uncover insights and spot opportunities to optimise and improve.What we are looking for: Previous experience with Klaviyo and ShopifyStrong organisational and project management skills in managing multiple campaigns with the CRM ManagerA confident writer who can brief and edit email copy with brand tone in mindFamiliarity with A/B testing, flow building, segmentation and customer journeysComfortable working with data and reporting platforms (e.g. GA4, Klaviyo analytics, Looker)Ability to work collaborativelyAtThe Oodie, we believe that taking care of our team is just as important as delighting our customers.
