Based in our Customer Tullamarine Operation, you will play a key role in executing daily load plans deliveries across Melbourne''s metropolitan area, focusing on the maximization of company asset and driver utilization.This permanent PM shift role operates Monday-Friday, with working hours from 2:00pm to 10pm. As part of a 24/6 operation, flexibility in working hours is expected, and availability during peak periods is required.Collaborate with BevChain drivers, subcontractors, and our tier-one beverage customer to deliver exceptional service and satisfaction.Supervise subcontractors and fleet requirements to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of daily workloadsEnsure all KPI reports are precise and accurate, ensuring their alignment with customer expectationsDemonstrate a commitment to safety and compliance by actively participating in risk management, audits, work site visits, SWATs, and engaging in discussions with site personnelAre you the one?We are in search of an exceptionally enthusiastic Transport Coordinator. This role, situated at our customer''s site, requires someone with a customer service-oriented approach and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in driver allocation, meticulous attention to detail, and outstanding time management abilities.
