We have an exciting opportunity to work as an Administrative Officer within the Orange Door.The Orange Door is a family violence specialist service that provides first response to those seeking assistance after family violence and child well-being concerns. The administrative officers primary focus will be supporting staff from Western Health who primarily focus on working with people using violence.About this Role:Location: Werribee and Footscray.Annual Leave: 5 weeks per year.Fixed term contract until June 2026.Key Responsibilities:Complete various administrative tasks to assist Orange Door Home Agency Manager, Practitioners, Team Leaders, and the Practice Lead within the hub at the Western Melbourne Orange Door.Support practitioners with administrative follow-up regarding incomplete referrals with Victoria Police.Provide onboarding and offboarding assistance for Western Health Orange Door staff.Provide administrative task assistance to SIT and A&P teams to screen and create cases for clients on client management system (CRM).Preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.About The Orange Door:The Orange Door aims to support individuals and families experiencing family violence by providing a central access point to services tailored to their unique needs.
