By joining Accor & Pullman Melbourne Albert Park, every chapter of your story is yours to write, and together we can imagine tomorrow''s hospitality.Our Accor PurposePioneering the art of responsible hospitality, connecting cultures, with heartfelt care.A little bit about this great opportunity!We are currently searching for an experienced, enthusiastic, and people-centric Hotel Duty Manager to join the progressive hotel team at Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park.Collaboratively working under the direction of the Assistant Front Office Manager and Rooms Division Manager, you will be responsible for duties that include:Leading a shift of front office professionals, including our overnight team, ensuring our guest experience is at the forefront at all times.Assisting in developing, implementing, and maintaining procedures for the Front Office department and fostering a focus on guest engagement.Assisting with the management of the team including training and development, ensuring the teams success.Leading by example when attending to guest requests.
