While you''ll be mentoring and coordinating a small team, youll also stay hands-on when needed. A solid technical background is key.What youll be doing:Supervising, training and supporting your teamManaging workflow, setting up machines, and ensuring timely completion of jobsOperating CNC machines when requiredMaintaining a safe, clean and productive work environmentCommunicating with management on job progress and prioritiesWere looking for someone with:Strong CNC Machining experience (lathe and/or milling)Leadership skills or a strong desire to move into a team-leading roleExcellent communication and organisational skillsCommitment to quality and safety standardsThis is the ideal opportunity for someone ready to grow or for an experienced leader wanting a more rewarding and stable environment.
