12 hours ago Be among the first 25 applicantsALG is recruiting for Aircraft Maintenance Engineers - All Trades for one of the largest Aerospace MRO companies in Melbourne, Australia.The AMEs will be responsible for component maintenance and repair.Job Responsibilities:Performing Component Maintenance and rectification as per manufacturers and company specificationPlan and organize their aviation maintenance work activities.Apply quality standards applicable to aviation maintenance processes.Interpret and use aviation maintenance technical data including manuals, drawings, and specifications.Ensuring all standard trade practices and aviation maintenance fundamental activities that are applicable during the assigned work, including ancillary tasks are completed.Accurate completion of technical documentation.Undertaking other duties as required (within the individual''s training and experience, competency and within classification level).Conduct self-appreciation to the aviation maintenance environment and upholding company Standards of Business and Professional Conduct.Job Requirements:Relevant Aircraft Maintenance (Mechanical, Structures or Avionics) trade experienceStrong communication skills - both verbal and writtenA positive attitude to and application of Human Factors principlesDemonstrated ability to successfully interact with co-workers, maintaining productive working relationships to meet business objectivesHigh Professional Standards i.e. Attention to Detail, Motivation, appropriate Workplace behavior''sIf you are interested in this role, please APPLY NOW!
