Applicants must have experience managing new build residential / class 2 / luxury developments in Sydney. The primary purpose of the Senior Project Manager role is to lead the process, design and delivery of tasks and projects and administer contracts to ensure performance targets are met and potential sources of risk are mitigated.The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the project delivery team, client and relationship management and provides key support to the Directors. This role is a key leadership position in the state and alongside core project delivery responsibility, the incumbent will contribute to:Business Development building client relationships and engaging in active professional networking.Training and Development lead training and professional development sessions.Team Culture diversity and inclusion, social events, team activitiesWhat you bringThe successful applicant will have a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture or similar with a demonstrated depth of over 7 years experience in the project and development management space. A minimum of 5 of those years must be in Sydney and working for a project management consultancy.
