With bold modern Australian flavours, leather booths, and an open kitchen, it''s a vibrant space loved by all.About the roleAs Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee F&B operations, engaging with guests and supporting your team with daily activities. Reporting to the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will work as part of a small team on a rotating roster. This role oversees the Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and hotel-hosted events. Your duties include:Supporting daily Food and Beverage operations by being actively involved in the departmentLeading the team with energy and flair to ensure guest experiences exceed expectationsInspiring and developing the team to be friendly, professional, and operationally knowledgeableLeading both -la-carte (lunch and dinner) and buffet (breakfast and events) servicesAssisting in planning and executing hotel events, including setup, pack-down, and catering, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfactionStaying informed about menu content, updates, and promotions to keep the team well-informedCompleting purchase orders for bar and restaurant suppliesWhat are we looking for?Experience in a Food and Beverage Supervisory role or strong experience in F&B service, preferably within a hotel environmentAbility to resolve problems and conflicts efficiently, working well under pressureWell-presented, organized, and calm demeanorWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?In 2024, Hilton was named #2 Best Place to Work in Australia across all industries.
