Our Brisbane North and Sunshine Coast Intensive Support Services (ISS) team supports families across a broad region, from Alderley in Brisbane through to Gympie. This role involves regular travel throughout the service area.ISS practitioners work intensively with families and children in their homes and communities, providing flexible support tailored to their unique circumstances. To best meet the needs of the families we support, work may take place outside standard business hours, including evenings and weekends. We use a relational, therapeutic approach focused on building strong, safe, and secure alliances with families. This foundation helps prepare families to engage meaningfully in therapy and work toward positive, lasting change.Full time permanent position.Level 6 SCHCADS Award.Salary range: $106,390 to $111,093 + Superannuation.Key Responsibilities:Lead the therapeutic stakeholder team of both internal and external practitioners to ensure case plan goals and interventions are aligned.Determine the most appropriate assessments, frameworks and interventions required to meet the individual needs of each child and their family informed by evidence.Complete and oversee discipline specific assessments, creating individualised plans and delivering therapeutic interventions to achieve successful outcomes as part of a collaborative team.Provide guidance, education and regular debriefing to all ISS practitioners to implement therapeutic goals in the home.Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Allied Health, Human Services or Social Work.Registration or eligibility for registration/membership with professional organisation.At least 5 years'' experience leading a multidisciplinary team in a similar program and environment.Highly developed knowledge of child protection issues and the child protection sector in Queensland.Experience and capacity to foster and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders, partners and the community.Other RequirementsEligibility for a WWCC or professional exemption.Legal ability to work in Australia (proof of eligibility required).Willingness to travel to various locations as required.How to ApplyClick on Apply Now to submit your application.
