Proficiency in core media planning, buying, and reporting tools such as Google Ads, SA360, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 is essential. Ideal candidates will also have experience with Campaign Manager, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, and data platforms.You will work with an exceptional client and our largest Melbourne team of high-achieving media professionals, guiding your team and client through the Performance Media ecosystem to build successful strategies that deliver business outcomes across multiple channels.Core responsibilities:Planning and strategizing for all Performance Media for our largest VIC client.Supporting the Digital Director with implementational planning across the search landscape.Providing paid search reporting & insights and supporting the Performance Director in driving innovation within search strategies.Managing client administration tasks including WIPs, PIRs, and timeline management.Leading the strategic direction, planning, and implementation of the clients SEM accounts.A bit about you:Deep understanding of Google Ads, Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and Campaign Manager.Proven results in identifying and executing optimization opportunities.Experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms, including creative research, ad copy creation, optimization, and reporting.Strong knowledge of SEM practices, emerging trends, and innovative ideas.Ability to ensure budgets are spent according to plan and delivery targets are met.Experience in monthly and quarterly reporting with clear and accurate details.Leadership skills in managing and developing SEM team members, overseeing implementation, pacing, and optimizations.Collaborative mindset, contributing to a team-oriented environment.Whats in it for you:Flexible working arrangements with a $250 home office setup contribution.Volunteer leave and participation in our ''One Day for Change'' event.Five weeks of annual leave after two years of service and three wellness days annually.Career development opportunities, including access to dentsu University.Our culture: We foster a diverse and inclusive environment where employees can bring their whole selves to work, driving innovation and better outcomes for our people, partners, and communities.
