A State Gov organisation based in Geelong VIC is looking for someone for a three month initial contract (with the possibility of extension).Role requirements: Remuneration Evaluations for Enterprise Agreement roles with experience using HayRemuneration methodology Remuneration Evaluations for Executive roles with experience using the Victorian PublicSector Commission''s Public Entity Executive Remuneration Classification Framework Experience in advising on remuneration in the context of the Victorian Public Sector -including reporting requirements to Board and Sub Committees - including the Premier''sannual remuneration adjustment guideline rate, also known as the "guideline rate".
