This leadership role involves strategic planning, team development, and program implementation to improve community services. Key Responsibilities: Lead planning, development, and evaluation of community programs Supervise support workers, case managers, and team leaders Drive quality service delivery and continuous improvement Monitor budgets, resources, and reporting Ensure compliance with standards Collaborate with teams and partners Participate in recruitment and team culture development Candidate Profile: Ideal candidates have experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage conflicting deadlines. They should demonstrate high-level understanding of case management, evidence-based practices, and possess relevant qualifications. Valid NDIS Worker Screening, Blue Card, and Queensland Drivers Licence are required.
