About the roleThis is a full-time opportunity based at Tarong Power Stations.The Major Maintenance Superintendent role is to provide effective leadership and management of the Outage Team within the boundaries of Stanwells Policies. The primary focus for the role is managing the initiation, planning, development, execution and completion of planned unit outages.Key activities include:Uphold and champion Stanwells vision and values by ensuring Superintendents are at the forefront of decision making and action. Coaching and challenging others to demonstrate acceptable behaviours where appropriate.Full budget responsibility for the incumbents relevant cost centre and projects with a full understanding of the site budget areas.
