The successful applicant/s shall be responsible to:Provide leadership and management for the Fremantle Older Adult Mental Health Service (FOAMHS) Older Adult Home Treatment Team (OAHTT) and the Community Treatment Team (CTT).Provide advice and direction to the multi-disciplinary team, co-ordinates and evaluates service delivery. This position is responsible for the management of the human, financial and material resources within the team in accordance with policies, values, objectives and goals of the organisation.Ensure collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders to ensure person-centred and evidence-based service delivery for this population.Our Values guide our work in every action, and that includes recruitment and employment!
